Posters not showing on wifi but do on cellular at home

This seem like a strange issue but since changing to the new iOS app, my posters don’t show for my libraries unless I turn off wifi. once I do, they show up immediately. this is from my local network. posters in the other categories show up but not my library. seems to be working normally on other devices, appleTVs and iPad. any ideas?

I looked in the logs and I get a lot of warnings at a path similar to this
