Streaming is possible on the wi-fi network, but offline on the mobile network

On the PMS app of my iPhone, Server can be detected normally in case of wi-fi connection. However, on the mobile network when going out, the Server is displayed offline and you cannot access the file. Also, if you log in to PMS on IOS Safari, you can access files normally on mobile network. From the above, there is no problem with Server, and the cause seems to be the IOS application. There is no doubt that this problem occurred after updating to IOS-PMS ver7.0. How can I resolve this situation?
