Pre-roll videos being cut off before they finish

Player Version#: LG webOS latest version

I have a few pre-roll videos I created and setup in Plex. Before every movie it randomly selects one, which is what I want. But it plays until about 5 seconds from the end, and then it just cuts off and plays the movie. I can’t figure out what causes this or how to fix it. Any help is appreciated!
