Pre Rolls will not show

Greetings Everyone! I just downloaded the new PMS and Plex player update on my Nvidia Shield and now my prerolls won’t play. I’ve tried everything from reentering the file path to restarting my shield

server and nothing will work. The prerolls worked perfectly before the update.

We are aware fo the issue. Unfortunately I do not have an eta on a fix however.
