Hello all,
I have many atmos and dts demo videos I like to watch but these are high bitrate (65-75mbps) and often short less than a minute videos, and for some reason if plex tries to have a encrypted connection the video wont play or is lagging behind the audio, however if the connection is insecure then the video plays perfectly.
On the xbox plex client I am able to set not only ALLOW insecure connections but PREFER them if on the same network and this results in the optimal experience its always unencrypted if on same network. However I am unable to find such a setting in the android tv app for shield or firetv, your only option is to ALLOW them but not PREFER them which results in the connections being encrypted anyways.
Is there a hidden way to set this? looking for insecure to be used anytime the connection is local, thanks for your time!
