Suggestion: Add the option to prefer optimized media over the source files.
Rationale: I like to use original Blu-ray rips for my sources, it generally looks better over my local network on big screens. However, I often have 4+ people streaming from the server and when all four are trying to pull full-sized Blu-rays from the same drive I run into bottlenecks. It would be nice if I could tell Plex that when the desired quality is “close enough” it should use the optimized version to feed the transcoder instead of the original source.
