I recently upgraded to Plex Pass. My prior music libary was working fine, but I wanted all the premium services. It has take the better part of two days to update and still hardly anything has updated. And when I refresh an artist, as I have done previously with my standard music library, nothing is updated. No posters, background, etc. I tried to delete the premium library and was unable to even do that initially. I am at a loss. Do I need to delete the old standard library before I have a new premium one? Are there some Gracenote settings that are buggy?
