Preroll causing 4k version to not be picked (chooses optimized for tv stream)

When playing 4K HDR rips my 1080p Preroll causes the video to choose the optimized for tv stream if it exists vs playing the 4K version that I selected under play version or even just play.

Stopping it, then choosing the correct 4K stream and resume will work just fine as the player uses the correct version.
