Server Version#: 1.40.1.8227
Hello,
My preroll videos will no longer play. They are short AVC videos with DTS audio in an MKV container, so should be directly streamed to client such as web client and Roku TV. Now, Roku alternately fails playback after flashing the throbber loading percentage three times in rapid succession, or will show a throbber with no percentage then skip to the main feature instead. On web client, I get the message: “Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.” (should be directly playing it).
I’m not sure what has changed (nothing on my end), but they used to always play flawlessly. All relevant setting in my server and apps are correct (apps try their darndest to play them). I have attached the logs; kindly advise. Thank you!

[EDIT] I just realized that trailers no longer play either; they do not even show up on the playlist the way the failing prerolls at least do. I haven’t changed anything there either since they last worked.
[EDIT 2]: One of them started to play again, the others will not. All three have identical video and audio codecs and muxed in a batch together in the same session with identical settings. Here is another log; preroll1.mkv and preroll2.mkv both fail, but preroll3.mkv is playing again. Again, I have not changed anything or updated PMS since; still on 1.40.1.8227 but considering trying the tonemapping beta.
