I have the ParaNorman movie in my library.
My son searched for “Para Norman” (two words)
The first thing that shows up is ParaNorman, the movie, without my server(s)
I scrolled down forever and never saw my content
I even clicked more in my browser and restricted to movies to shorten the list
As soon as you remove the space it immediately shows the movie again AND my server(s)
Hard to believe, right?
I just tried it myself. I’m a bit disappointed in the search not being able to pick up the movie “ParaNorman” when you type “Para Norman”. Search ought to be good enough to fuzz an extra space in the title.
Yes I’ve reported this bug before, but got no response.
Search has been a sore spot for quite some time.
