I want to touch on the recent redesign. While I’ve read a lot of the community feedback and understand the frustrations some users had at launch, my own experience has been relatively smooth. Aside from a few minor hiccups, I’ve actually grown to like the new direction.
Watching the bug-fix updates roll out got me wondering about what goes on behind the scenes, which brings me to my main question: Could you shed some light on your process for prioritizing bug fixes?
The reason I ask is that I’m hoping to give some attention to a specific, reproducible app-crashing bug I reported three months ago. All the details and steps to reproduce it are in the original thread here: Videos with EAC3 7.1 audio files not playing in new iOS App
