Are there any future plans for PMS to scrape mkv headers to automatically set certain playback settings of a movie/show?

For example, when I have a blu-ray rip with a forced subtitle, despite having the proper default/enabled/forced flags set on the subtitle track in the file, I always have to manually select the track in Plex before/during playback.

Plex honors the forced flag for subtitles in MKV containers and for external/sidecar subtitles. Some account settings are also required. See Setting Forced Subtitles Default For A Show - #5 by FordGuy61.

If it is not working for you, open a thread and tag with the server platform (win/mac/etc) and subtitles, so not to sidetrack this thread..
