Problem after move plexserver on another linux server

Hello,

I migrated my Plex server to another Linux machine behind a pfSense firewall with a different public IP address.

Since then, I haven’t been able to regain external access.

Here’s what I have in the logs:

Can we start with an actual copy of your server logs instead of the excerpt?

Should be port 32400, did you put an entry in custom server access?

Those log entries are referring to a (old) xTeVe/Threadfin virtual HDHomeRun tuner (I’d guess). Port 34400 is their default and ‘discover.json’ is the endpoint for finding tuner information.

In the context of what’s been provided, it’s just noise (as are the DVR error logs around them).

I can access http://my-public-ip:32400/web from any device, but I can’t access the server (from this URL, it tells me the server hasn’t been claimed, which is definitely the case. I changed allowedNetworks=“192.168.10.0/24” in Preferences to access and claim it).

The problem doesn’t seem to be entirely on my end.

I tried deleting Preference.xml, restarting, and re-claiming the server, but I have the same issue.

For me, it’s not a network problem.

My port is definitely open from the outside.

I even ran a test using dnschecker.org’s port open testing tool.

I just read that it’s because I’m with Hetzner… I suppose that’s why???
