Plex Server site can’t be reached

Server Version#: Just updated (maybe that cause the problem)

I just switch my server from a Windows VM to a CentOS VM. Everything was going fine, except today everything seems to be unreachable.

I was at work during diner time and looking into sharing for this new server. Ask my colleague to try if the server is working from his end. Start an episode no problem. Then a get back to my seat and notice my server no longer reachable. I’m trying to reach it locally using https://IP_ADDRESS:32400/web. Only getting error that not reachable after some time.

I know I did an update with “yum update” of the server and plex but don’t remember if it was before or after I lost access. Also, I lost connection when I was trying to set the port for remote access.

I’m really lost right now, I made sure the port was open in my firewall and router. The service is running and rebooted multiple time after each try. I’m also kinda new to linux but still know some basic.

Will Really like some help on this since I don’t even know where to look for! If I’m missing some important information simply ask and I will do my best to provide it! Also sry for any mistake in my text, english is a second language.

if you edited it or moved servers or restored, you probably need to claim your server

The server was claimed, it was even working fine and stop when I was either updating or changing remote access port. Just noticed that a error message I didn’t saw before: Unable to connect to “SERVER.NAME” securely.

Finally found out that my firewalld config had a typo inside… Dont understand why it was working in the first place!
