All worked ok until yesterday. I downloaded update com.plex.plexmediaserver-1.9.6.4401-53fa66811-armv7.rbw to my pc. I then went to plex server website and did the manual upadate.
Now, media library not loading on server and on player. On server I get the following message. What do I do?

What is the actual server on so I can better direct you?
I had the same problem when I upgraded to 1.9.6.4385.
So far the only workable solution has been to roll back to 1.9.1 - no issues for a couple days now. At least it’ll keep your server running until root-cause is identified and a solution made available.
If you don’t have the old file, let me know and I’ll find a way to post it on here for you.

It would really help if you guys would say what OS you are running PMS on.
