In the last update of version 5.1.3 of my Samsung TVs, before I went to the menu and put it to look for the subtitles and I brought them … in Spanish since it is my language …
Now there is only the option to search in English although the language option in general is in Spanish … and I can’t change it and only look for them in English.

What do you mean by that? Do you have problems downloading subtitles onto your server, or do you have problems seeing subtitles on your TV? And which language option is in Spanish or English? You can add some screenshots if it’s hard to explain
