Some time (I would say very early January), I no longer have “activity” displayed in my dashboard…
I’m on PMS WIndows 10… No more statistics, nothing… I was wondering if it was from the latest updates or something…
I also have, in parallel, a problem with remote access… (Apart from the PMS update, nothing has changed in my network…)
Others in the same case, any solution to this problem?
The statistics only show complete playbacks. i.e. if a user only watches a movie halfway through, this won’t appear as a “watched” movie in the statistics.
Here’s another possibility:
Disable all power saving of the network adapter.
Not only the one depicted below, but also disallow the adapter to switch to a lower link speed when not in use. (not all adapters can do this, however. If one supports that, you can find the setting usually in the properties of the network adapter, and not in the properties of the connection.)
