Problem with activity

Hello !

Some time (I would say very early January), I no longer have “activity” displayed in my dashboard…
I’m on PMS WIndows 10… No more statistics, nothing… I was wondering if it was from the latest updates or something…
I also have, in parallel, a problem with remote access… (Apart from the PMS update, nothing has changed in my network…)

Others in the same case, any solution to this problem?

  1. make sure you are logged in as your main user account and have not switched to another user of your Plex Home.
  2. disable web browser add-ins. Try the “incognito mode”.

Yes, connected to the right account, I have this problem on my different devices (phone, PC, chromecast,…)

Do you not see anything on the page or just no activity? Can you provide a screenshot and server logs while something is playing?

I’m downloading right now a movie, and no bandwich visible.

When user watch, i just see he’s watching but without bandwich

That’s the PlexDash program. Do you see info in Plex Web?

Yes sorry I only had that at the time to illustrate, but it’s the same thing on the web interface

The statistics only show complete playbacks. i.e. if a user only watches a movie halfway through, this won’t appear as a “watched” movie in the statistics.

Here’s another possibility:
Disable all power saving of the network adapter.
Not only the one depicted below, but also disallow the adapter to switch to a lower link speed when not in use. (not all adapters can do this, however. If one supports that, you can find the setting usually in the properties of the network adapter, and not in the properties of the connection.)

I don’t understand what this graph is showing. I see usages.
