Dear Plex and Forum users
I have been unable to sync content from my Cloud Sync libraries to my iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), both for myself and my shared users. I have enabled/ authorized cloud syncing for shared users in my Plex account, but still no luck and I keep getting the error message that I need to ask the server / account holder (ie. me) for authorization. I have also tried signing out of devices, clearing cache on devices, rebooting devices, reinstalling plex app, but still no luck. Any solutions??

Cloud Sync and Mobile Sync are two different things

You cannot sync from a Cloud Sync library to a mobile device.
Mobile Sync is only possible from your main server library.
