I’ve run into a recent issue where no shared or managed user accounts can use mobile sync. My shared users have been mobile syncing for years and now nothing they try to sync ever gets converted. What I will see in the PMS logs when a user tries to sync is the following:

I have tried disabling and renabling sync in restrictions and tried unsharing and re-sharing all libraries. Nothing works. Syncing with the admin account works fine.
This has been going on for a few weeks now and upgrading to the latest Plexpass version today made no difference.
