I mean folder as in the file system…not plex library.

If these two folders are in the same Plex library, Extras are only recognized in one of them.

I wanted to add that I was having this issue and just determined that it was because the Extras directories did not have the correct permissions. I was copying from a different computer to the Plex server, and when I connected through SSH I found that the Plex user didn’t have any access to the directories, though it did for the main movie file. I adjusted and forced a refresh and the extra content showed up!
