Problem with Metadata after last update

Player Version#: 4.66.1

Several TV shows no longer show cover art since the last update. They also do not have the episode titles for the seasons that are missing the cover art. I tried fixing match, refreshing meta data, even removed one of the shows cleared the cache and added the show back with no difference.
