I set up a new library with Plex Movie as agent and I selected ratings from IMDB.
Not for all movies does it pick up these ratings, but often it just selects the ratings from TMDB.
Is there any way to fix this issue?
Can you provide examples of movies you see this with? TMDB is used as a backup incase IMDB doesn’t have a result.
Could have something to do with meta.plex.tv timeouts, perhaps:
Up to this day still no real solutions. It does not follow a pattern, it still keeps happening every now and then on any movie. If I refresh it manually sometimes it picks up the rating.
