Problem with Samsung TV application

Server Version#:1.21.1.3842
Player Version#: 5.15.1

When playing any movie or video the video hangs while watching on the PLEX app on the Samsung Frame TV. The connection with the server is via cable. Its not the network or the server as the reproduction with a Roku Device even via wireless works prefectly, so I believe the problem is on the APP on the TV only. Any support on this?
