Samsung TV app issue

Hi guys,
I just have arrived from my holiday, and found a serious problem with PLEX app on a Samsung ( UE43JU6000) TV. When I want to start watching a movie, PLEX put one of the backdrop images on the screen, plays the sound of the movie, but not the video. Meanwhile shows the running dots. I can play movies on my iPad, iPhone, and chrome, only the TV app is broken.
Is anyone else having problems? Any Ideas?

Okay, I have the solution for this issue:

  1. Uninstall app from the TV
  2. Turn it off
  3. Plug it out from the socket (the red light sould go), and wait 1-2 minutes.
  4. Turn the TV on
  5. Reinstall the PLEX app

Now it works (at least in my case).
