I'm finding 3 things in my SS-Plex downloads folder/section that I can't delete, nor can I repair them. One says "Jack Reacher" (something we just randomly clicked on to try downloading), one that says "-0% of?", and one that says "-? remaining; 0 a...".
What can I do to delete these? I've tried resetting Failed Downloads, Downloads History, and Cache. I've tried repairing from the downloads folder and from the System folder, but it always says "This channel is currently unavailable".
This is considered a “stalled download”, where ss-plex assumes a download is in progress when there obviously is not.
Though it does warn that “This channel is currently unavailable”, Repair Downloads still deletes the current download. Simply hitting refresh in the Downloads menu should show that it has in fact been removed.
Thank you! I had done that, but it seems it took the media server a little more time to remove them than I thought it should. I just checked it now (12:30 am 5/22) and the folder is cleared!
I really thought I'd messed something up.
