Problem with subs on version 1.9.4 and 19.5

Hello im using plex almost 2 years and i never had problem with subs but now each new episode that i add plex never recognize the subs that i add to the tvshows i just see subs — none there is some problem with this new versions?? i tried tu add a srt sub from a movie that is working to a episode i just rename the the sub and nothing subs — None. there is something else that i can do??

Plex dont care, this issue been known for many weeks, they havent cared about it… Only option is to downgrade to 1.8.xx

so now i need to downgrade to version 1.8?? how i do that?

i have installed the version 1.8.3.4235 and i still have problems with the subs wich version i have to install to work everything

sr i did downgrade to the version 1.7.5 and is working fine . when i can know if i can update my plex again ??? lol

i come back to 1.7.5 was working good for some hours and now is not working again :S what i can do???

How do I get an older version? My server is on an old Mac Mini.

First step is cancelling plex pass because plex don’t give a ■■■■ about us paying customers who need to use subs.

Second step is setting burning subtitles to “always”
