Problem with transcoder

Hi, I have installed my Plex server on docker, since a few weeks my Plex is no longer able to do video transcoding. I have tried to delete my container and also all the folders associated with it, but when I reinstall it the problem persists. With other media server like Emby and Jellyfin the transcoding works perfectly so I think it’s a Plex bug. Has this ever happened to anyone and knows how to solve?

Post your /etc/fstab file.
