Player Version#: iOS Version 5.7 (also happens on Android and Xbox One latest versions)
I’ve read thru the other forum posts where this error has occurred and tried the fixes suggested therein. Things I’ve tried:
- add exec to fstab for the mount points in question and rebooted
- set proper permissions on the transcoder directory to allow the Plex user full access
- cleared the Codecs folder and restarted the Plex docker container
- switched between different versions of the Docker container including the official one and the one offered by Linuxserver.io
This does not happen on all videos and there doesn’t appear to be any rhyme or reason to which videos fail. I recently switched from running Plex in an LXC container to running on Docker and that’s when the problem arose.
I’ve attached my logs in hope that someone can assist me in resolving this. I hope I’ve provided enough information and followed the proper troubleshooting steps. If I’ve missed something along the way, please point me in the right direction and I’ll keep trudging forward.
