Ubuntu 16.04 is too old.

You need at least Ubuntu 18.04. I recommend having Ubuntu update itself to 20.04
It will take time but save you from having to reinstall and rebuild everything.

You can also try this version while you make plans for your OS upgrade.

sorry for my mystake i have 18.04
Now i check it again

Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS
Release: 18.04
Codename: bionic

hardware is not detected? and how i can fix that?

  1. is the ‘udev’ package installed?

  2. look at ls -la the /dev/dri directory, see which ‘group’ owns the files.
It will be video or render in most cases

  3. Now confirm PMS is a member of that group ( groups plex)
If you run PMS as a different username, check that username instead.
