Noticed today that hardware transcoding on my server is not working, it will only software transcode. This has likely been an issue for a while, but I only just realized it because I do not often have multiple streams going at the same time.
Through some research, I saw a Plex update broke hardware transcoding for specific CPUs about six months ago, but it seems like that has been resolved in more recent updates. I updated my Plex server to the latest image (1.40.07775) today hoping it would fix the issue, but no luck.
Server is a Synology DS920+ running DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 3 (though, it was running 7.1 until today). Plex is running in a docker container in Synology Container Manager.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or have any ideas on what I can do to resolve it? I am uploading a transcoding log, but if there is another specific log that would be helpful, please let me know.
