So cool
Now for the next steps:
Find the IP Address of your Windows Workstation
Open up a command prompt
in the CMD window, type ipconfig and note the IP address
Most likely something like 192.168.x.y
On your Samsung TV, enter the address as above for Development
Same YouTube video, about 2:52 minutes in
Then select Application Sync
Doing above, should install a new Plex App on your TV, and if so, launch it and wait until it ask for a proxy server, and then enter the same IP found earlier
If above does NOT happen, then you most likely didn’t stop your Windows firewall!

My tv is not like the video… I dont know where I have to write the ip address, i dont find the menu develop

Darn Samsung changed this for almost every year
And currently no access to an E-Serie, but found this on Google:
On the TV, open the “Smart Hub”.
Select the “Apps” panel. …
In the “Apps” panel, enter “12345” using the remote control or the on-screen number keypad. …
Switch “Developer mode” to “On”.
Enter the IP address of the computer that you want to connect to the TV, and click “OK”.
Reboot the TV.
