Unable to login on Plex App - 2012 Samsung E series tv

I have an old UA40ES6200 Samsung TV that I want to use the plex client on. However, it doesn’t show the Pairing code like most modern clients so I can’t go to plex.tv/link

I noticed an option that I can connect without sign in however, when I put I the servers address in states : " Test failed, server is reachable but retuned: ’ access is denied’. Due to the security settings, this server is only accessible, when you are logged in on your plex account"

Is there a way around this as my TV is from 2012 and can’t get the Pairing code as stated above.

Thanks you to both of you for your replies.

However, the proxy option maybe the solution, but honestly can’t be ■■■■’ed doing all that work for the old TV.

I’ll just go back to using a Pi.
