Problems after reinstall of Windows

Server Version#: 4.66.1
Player Version#:n/a

I had to reinstall windows on the machine where my plex server resided. Prior to the reinstall I backed up the metadata folder under localappdata, renamed the existing metadata directory, and created a junction to the backup location, and the server was fine, so I proceeded with the clean reinstallation of Windows.

However after reinstalling and creating a directory junction to the backed up data, plex is seeing this as a new server and not recognizing my existing data. The original server is showing as inaccessible. I am guessing this is because I did not grab something from the registry entries. Is there any way to recover this information from the metadata directory, or my plex account in order to modify the registry and fix this, or am I screwed since that registry data is gone with the old Windows install?

Update. I found the MachineIdentity in old log files and modified the registry entry for that to the old GUID. That did not seem to help, but then I realized that the server was not writing new logs, so I double checked and it appears that at some point after installing and creating the directory junction, the server deleted the junction and recreated the Plex Media Server directory. I was able to recreate the junction and it now seems to be working, however now the new server is showing as inaccessible for obvious reasons, so I need to remember how to get rid of that, but everything else appears to be working.
