Attempting to restore library after Windows reinstall

Server Version#:1.24.2.4973-2b1b51db9
Player Version#: web
I had to reinstall windows due to the Plex metadata overwhelming my old drive. I attempted to follow Plex reinstall after windows 10 reset/reinstall/fresh start - #4 by anon18523487, but couldn’t get the server to even start after opening the registry. I have been following [HowTo] An extended guide on how to move the Plex data folder on Windows, but it is still not working.
I have turned off the update service before the following:

I was able to save my folder from the %appdata% folder, and have moved it like so:

I then updated the registry to point at the new location:

However, Plex is still not finding my old server (Mark- PC)

All media drives are mapped correctly and work in other programs. I’m unsure what to try next. Any assistance would be very welcome.

In that image of your registry, did you block out the other entries or are they all actually blank (that’s not good if it is). Those other fields are important too. If you just blocked them out, can you PM me an unaltered version?

Also, have you verified that there is data in that Plex Media Server folder? i.e. You actually backed up your old data?
