This morning I tried to open the app and it crashed right away. No problem I restarted my phone and tried again. The app still wouldn’t open for me. So, I figured I would try to reinstall the app to see if that helped at all. It did not. I then proceeded to uninstall and reinstall, no joy there either.
Anytime I try to install or reinstall I get the “Unable to Download App” error message. I even tried removing all the profiles from BuddyBuild and reinstalling those as well with no change. Now I’m stuck without being able to even install the app again. I’m able to install anything from the App Store like I normally would but can’t install the beta for some reason.
Got the same issue. I noticed that the profile for Plex Beta disappeared from the Settings > General > Profiles list. Not sure what happened. I attempted to delete and re-install… now I have nothing. Seems like something with buddybuild.

I’m having the same issue that’s been mentioned above. Beta app’s closing as soon as it opens. I’ve noticed that the *.buddybuild.com profile on my ios11 iPad is showing as not verified as it’s certificate expired on 16/05/2017. Could this be the cause? If so, will deleting the profile prompt me to reinstall when I next try to open the app?

If you update to the latest beta, you should be good. I’d delete the beta,
remove the profile, re-register your device and reinstall the latest beta.
Thanks Brandon. I now have the new problem that Buddybuild won’t complete a password reset on my iPad (I’ve tried it on Safari & Chrome with no luck), so I’ll have to use the App Store version until I can email them on Monday.
Shouldn’t need a BuddyBuild account (thus no need to reset the password).
Just dig up the last Plex email from BuddyBuild and use the link inside the
message to download the new build. Should work fine.

I’ve been trying that but the installation gets so far and then rolls back and gives the message “Unable to install app: Plex cannot be downloaded at this time”. I don’t know if it’s because the latest email I have is Aug 2nd’s build #11131.
