Due to the current warnings about hacked passwords, I wanted to change my access data. The previously used password is displayed as incorrect when logging in. I then requested a password reset link. Apparently my email address is not known either, although it is preset in my account. In any case, I do not receive any emails to this account, nor any confirmation of my newsletter registration.
I can currently only sign in with my Google account. I am asking for help how to get out of this situation.
Thanks for the hint. I have changed the spam protection settings and have now requested a new password for PMS. However, I’ve been waiting for about 20 minutes without a corresponding email having arrived. How long does this normally take?
