No Password Reset mail received

Dear all

If you are not receiving an email from Plex when you wanted to reset your password, then please post in this thread, and if you are posting from a temporary account, then please say so.

I’ll contact you in a direct message, and if from a temporary account, ask for more info to verify you are indeed the person you claim to be.

I’ll try to get you fixed up in the message and after you confirmed it worked in the DM, your post will be deleted from this thread again, so we can keep track of outstanding requests to solve

This thread is ONLY for people not receiving the reset email! Posts not about that will be deleted without warning

A few things to be aware of and keep in mind

  1. yahoo.com and aol.com have been throttling emails so it will take extra long to get to your inbox on those email services.

  2. Every time you request a link to reset password it will invalidate the previous ones requested. So please give it some time

  3. I need to do things like sleep, if I am delayed in sending you a DM to confirm your info please be patient.

I do not receive any confirmation mails. I wanted to move away from Gmail, but never could change my email address, now created a new account and still no confirmation mail.

Hello, I have forgotten my password and there is no way to confirm my email over a @t-online.de Email-Adress. I would like to change my E-Mail to a @gmail.com Adress (the one from my linked google Account) if that would be possible.
