I’m having the same issue I’ve seen a ton of other people on the forum having. I’m trying to reset the password for my account, but I’m not receiving the email. I made this account so I could post this issue here on the forum.
Yes, I’ve checked my spam, all mail, inbox, etc. I’ve made sure the email address is not blocked, and I’ve tried from an incognito window from both my desktop and my phone (off my local network). Nothing seems to work.
This is aggravating because I started getting an “incorrect password” error out of the blue. LastPass remembers my password, and I don’t share my account, so I know it hasn’t changed.

Having something similar happen to a friends account but they are getting the email. Once they get the password reset email it says the token is invalid.
Is it possible for me to shoot you a PM with it? I can still see my forum user, and the system is saying the email is still taken, but urgh stupid not updated password manager. Great security measures on your guys part though!
having email issues here too on a different account to this one. I cannot log into a remote plex server on a google cloud vm. Any help would be greatly appreciated
