Have you looked in your spam folder? These emails can take several hours until they arrive, due to the current high volume.

You should talk to your email provider. It appears to be blocking emails 554 IP=192.254.122.79 - A problem occurred. (Ask your postmaster for help or to contact tosa@rx.t-online.de to clarify.)

Thanks for the hint. I have changed the spam protection settings and have now requested a new password for PMS. However, I’ve been waiting for about 20 minutes without a corresponding email having arrived. How long does this normally take?
