I have been using an older Win7 x64 PC with PMS for years the SSD died. I just reInstalled and cannot get PMS to work correctly.

Starting with version 1.32.0 (planned for public release on April 10th), Plex Media Server will no longer support versions of Windows older than Windows 10 (version 1607) or macOS older than 10.13 (High Sierra).

I tried installing Win11 on the old PC and it would not take it. Not sure about 10. It is held together by strings as it is.
The announcement has download links for the last versions that supported Windows 7.
