Problems with Audio standard EAC3

Hey,
got some problems with Nvidia shield and Plex streaming.
Audio files transcoded in EAC3 doesnt work at nvidia shield pro. Same file is working fine with Apple TV and the delivered version of plex 5.6.1.505

Cannot find a solution.

Hey,
the movie has a EAC3 5.1 audio soundtrack in german and a AC3 5.1 soundtrack in english.
If I try to play the movie with the english track, its working fine. If I try it with the german track, plex shows a failure.
I ve tried to enable/disable the mutli-channel passtrough, the same.

Which logs do you need?

The shield 2017 cannot decode eac3 but can bitstream it. The shield 2019 can decode it fine. I wish they included it with the shield 2017.
