PLEX used to work flawlessly until the latest update (Version 1.13.8.5395)
Every time i rename a video’s title on my library, it reverts back to its original file name after a while, not sure when it happens exactly.
Also, most of the time when i add a new movie to the library, it fetches the wrong info and movie cover, i have to update it manually now.
Are you following the naming and directory structures guidelines outlined here?

And names agree with TMDB for movies and tvdb fir tv shows ?
If you are following these guidelines, please do a test for a movie that gets incorrectly identified and attach the logs from the server and details of files / directories added
Ensure first debug logging enabled and restart server before the test to get fresh logs
