Problems with Live TV since upgrading to Big Sur

I recently upgraded to Big Sur 11.1. I have been running Plex Server successfully along with Apple TV 4K for a couple of years. I use a Silicon Dust HD Homerun for live TV.

Ever since I upgraded, I can’t watch live TV. If I run it on my iMac, I get “Error code: s3015 (Media).” If I try and run live TV from Apple TV, I just get a spinning gear on a black background. Recorded shows are playing correctly.

Does anyone know what’s going on and how to fix it?

I am having the exact same issue since I deleted my DVR and recreated it for the new guide data as required. Does anybody have any ideas on possible fixes?
