Problems with new PC - i219 Lan Card

I have a big problem. I run my plex on a high end gamer pc. I watch my stuff on a LG tv (stream per network cabled). All worked fine in the past.
Now i install a new motherboard, memory, SSD and CPU and of course i install windows 10 new, my plex was saved and copied to the new system.
All worked fine with the new pc but when i now watch 1080p Movies per TV i have problems.
On 720p are no problems !
Sound is good, but i got problems with the picture. its lagging.
I try the newest lan driver from Intel and it worked better. But now the lags begin after 10 minutes watching movies. First it was from beginning.
Dont know what to do. The Hardware is now much more better. From Intel i5 to i7 9700k.
Got a new Motherboard with z390 chipset and double memory now.
There must be a way to fix the problem. Before new better Hardware, all was fine.

Let’s have you verify the network card is coming up in 1Gbps Full Duplex.
Let’s have you restart all your LAN devices in a slow orderly fashion.
Does it still exhibit the problem? Are you using subtitles?

You can get us debug logs for server and player.
You can upload the XML Media information zipped up.

If you have a smart switch on your LAN, you can log into
that and examine your port statistics for Tx Error or Rx Error.
