I have removed the TV Show (show1234), directory completely it is gone. I removed the TV show from the Plex server by deleting it within the plex software. No show anywhere. It deleted the shows that were mis associated to the show that no longer exist. Then copied back the shows that do not bel…

I already did those steps earlier and it did not help at all.

Plex Media Server.1.log (5.9 MB) Plex Tuner Service.log (1.8 KB) new logs.

Then check the database. Did you copy those media files over to their place while Plex server was already running and it was set to automatically update its library?

The server was running yes, I do not know if it is set to update automatically or not.
