Problems with x264 Files.

Hey all! Im just wondering why i can play all my x264 .mp4 Files without problems with Raspbmc and on Rasplex i need to transcode the files on serverside? If i uncheck transcoding it wont play the files. If i check it and set it over 2 MBits its in an loading loop. The quality under 2 MBits is horrible. How can i fix this problem? Why cant Rasplex play my files directly like Raspbmc?
