In my plex media server log I am seeing
an error similar to the following approximately every minute whist playing music
ERROR - Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Alexa, platformVersion=3.0, device=Alexa, mode
to supress it I have copied the Generic.xml file to Alexa.xml in the /usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Resources/Profiles folder
Is this the best way to fix it ?
or should it be placed somewhere local so that it does not get overwritte or removed when an update is done ?
the actual xml file does not contain anything except the client name
is there anything else that could be usefully added into the profile
