Hello, I have tried disabling the skill and re-enabling but no luck. Keep getting this error.

I’m getting the same error:

Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Alexa, platformVersion=, device=Alexa, model=

I’ve found the alexa playing to be very unreliable for a long time, probably since first use.
A restart of the PMS definitely fixes it, but it doesn’t seem to fix it forever!
