Is there anyway to change the profile pictures for my Managed users. Also, does the apple tv app support guests?

I searched and found this, did you ever find a way to modify managed user pictures in their profiles? If not, does anyone else know if this is possible?

There is an existing feature request for this. I like the option but, sadly, it doesn’t have a lot of votes.
