Program Guide and IP Tuner with NAS

Hello,
I am currently designing a solution for a customer willing to replace his Mac + EyeTV live TV DVR to a Plex Server running on a Synology DS920+.
He his located in France. Here are two questions I didn’t find answer for in the support docs:

  1. Are IP-based digital TV Tuner like HDHomerun or VBox still supported with the latest Synology DSM 7? I saw USB tuners aren’t an option anymore with v7 of DSM.

  2. How far in advance does the Program Guide gives programs for? He is particularly satisfied with his current program guide, he pays for, that is GraceNote provided by Geniatech This is for France. I don’t have the DVR option on my Plex, is there a way I can see the program guide to be sure it’d be on par with what he currently have?
